We invite you to take part in the XXVI International Scientific Congress "Olympic Sport and Sport for All", which will be held on September 8-11, 2021 in Kazan on the basis of the Educational-laboratory building, Volga Region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism.

Every year leading sport universities host the International Scientific Congress "Olympic Sport and Sport for All", a scientific event of the International Association of Universities of Physical Culture and Sports supported by the IOC and the host government.

Congress objectives – consolidation of scholars and experts for discussion of various aspects of Olympic sport, Olympic education, elite and public sport; identification of current trends in Olympic sport, innovative research projects and conceptions.

Over the years, countries like Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, China, Moldova, Poland, Russia and Ukraine has hosted the Congress.

At the meeting of the Association in 2018 in Tbilisi, it was decided to hold next Scientific Congress "Olympic Sport and Sport for All" at the Volga Region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism (now Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism) on June 10-13, 2020. In 2020, due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, Congress was delayed until next year.

XXVI International Scientific Congress "Olympic Sport and Sport for All" will be held at the Volga Region State University of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism (Kazan) on September 8-11, 2021. Members of the IOC; members of the International Federation of University Sports (FISU); both domestic and international scholars; professionals in physical culture and sports, sport medicine, physiology and sport biochemistry; faculty members, researchers, graduate and undergraduate students in higher educational institutions are welcome to attend.
